April 2008 - Huge Expansion !   With success of our programs and popular response we are expanding the gym to over 7,550 sq.ft in April 2008! The additional floor space will provide more space in the gym for additional classes, plus provide a larger entrance foyer, bigger office and change room areas that will better serve our growing membership. Thank you to everyone for the tremendous support and encouragement in our first two years of operations, the expansion will increase our current size by 50%. Our website will be updated with new pictures once everything is ready!

NSG Selected as Pilot site for Parks & Recreation HIGH FIVE Program

Gymnastics Ontario has selected 30 qualified clubs across the province to participate in their pilot program to implement all aspects of HIGH FIVE training to support, advocate, and embrace a child-first focus based upon the principles of healthy child development.
