Spring 2019 Recreational Schedule: Children must be the minimum age by the beginning of the session. 

Annual $45.00 GO/Admin Membership Fee, (which includes our insurance) renews every July 1st

GO fee applies annually from July 1, 2018 thru June 30, 2019.

 

Refund/Transfer Policy:  Minimum 5 days written notice is required to withdraw prior to start of program.

All refund/credit/transfer to another day or time are subject to $20.00 process fee (plus $10.00 for each sibling).

If written notice is submitted less than five days prior to the first class, any refund/credit will be subject to the admin fee & cost of the 1st class. Sorry, there shall be no refunds after the 1st class. For extended illness or injury (missing 3 or more consecutive classes) upon receipt a written request and a doctor's note, class credit (no refunds) minus admin fee may be provided. Credit valid only within current GO season. Transfer/admin fee $12.00 per athlete) applies if transferring current GO member from different club.  GO and admin fee are non-refundable.  All fees are subject to HST.

We will continue to accept late registrations for classes where space is available.

regular office hours: Tue & Thursday 4pm-6pm

Gym will be closed for all Statutory Holidays; Christmas, Boxing Day, New Year, Family Day, Good Friday, Victoria Day, Canada Day, Civic Holiday, Labor Day, Thanksgiving.

 


Spring Session  runs from  April - June  2019

First Day at Northern Stars Gymnastics !

Please arrive on time.  Give yourself at least 5 extra minutes before classes begin to get changed.

There are two entrances to the gym, please use the correct one.  The main entrance is Unit #9, please drop-off and pick up your child at this entrance unless assigned differently (TinyGym will use #6)

We respectfully ask PARENTS NOT TO ENTER THE GYM. Parents are welcome to watch their class from the viewing area (unit #6)

Athletes should always wear comfortable clothing such as:

gymnastics suit (leos), shorts, T-shirt but not looser baggy clothing,

gymnastics slippers or bare feet,  for safety reason NO TuTu , NO skirts 

NO jewellery or watches,  NO gum !!

Athletes should wait by the doorway for coahes to call your program name (KinderGym, TinyGym, etc.)

Remember to bring you own water bottle, or you can purchase one at the gym.

Parents are solely responsible to ensure that their children are not left unattended before or after class.
