Parents can register for classes either in person during our office hours, at scheduled registration events, our by using our Online Registration System available for Summer /Spring Camps as well as Summer, Fall, Winter and Spring Recreational Classes.

PAYMENTS:

Payments at the office accepted by Interac debit, VISA,  or cheque (no cheques accepted after program begins)

Online Registration payments by Visa or MasterCard.

REFUND/TRANSFER POLICY:

Minimum 5 days written notice is required to withdraw before the start of program. All refund/credit/transfer to an other date or time are subject to $20.00 process fee(plus $10.00 for each siblings). If written notice is submitted less than five days prior to the first class, any refund/credit will be subject to the admin fee & cost of the 1st class.

Sorry, there shall be no refunds after the 1st class.

For extended illness or injury (3 or more consecutive classes) upon receipt a written request and a doctor's note, class credit (no refunds) minus admin fee may be provided. All credit valid only within current GO (June-July) season. Transfer/admin fee $12.00 (per athlete)  applies if transferring current GO member from different club. All fee are subject to HST. 

GO/admin. fee is non-refundable.

FEES:

Annual $45.00 GO/Admin Fee for each athlete  renews every July (GO fee applies from July 1, thru June 30 following year).

HOLIDAYS:
GYM will be closed on ALL statutory Holidays: Christmas, Boxing Day, New Year, Family Day, Good Friday, Victoria Day, Canada Day, Civic Holiday, Labor Day, Thanksgiving.
